We have carefully selected our itinetairies to include the most crystal-clear waters, breathtaking beaches, authentic villages and luxury outings.
Our highly-trained captains can also set up an itinerary according to your specific requirements and wishes to ensure an unforgettable stay onboard.
(Upon request, we can also arrange a private jet from any main European city, transfers from airport to harbor, ...)
The Advanced Provisional Allowances are all the necessary expenses relating to the yacht and the passengers. This provision normally equates to 30% of the charter fee and can include fees such as :
port and mooring costs, water and electricity provided by the port
fuel (yacht engines, generators, tenders and water toys …)
food and drinks
specific requests, ie massage/spa services, hairdresser, fitness coach, flowers, …
The funds are entrusted to the captain to provision the yacht in accordance with your instructions. We will keep you up to date on your spending during your cruise and whether additional funding is required. Prior to disembarking, you will receive a detailed list of expenses incurred on relevant receipts from the captain and credits will be refunded.
YOUR PREFERENCE LIST
Your captain and crew need to know more about you to ensure the best charter yacht experience. You can do so by contacting one of our charter specialists to state your personal preferences regarding:
meals, special diets,
drinks and spirits,
special events held during the charter (birthdays, parties, etc.)
All the medical conditions the crew needs to know to anticipate all your needs.
DELIVERY FEES AND TIPS
Delivery fees may apply if the embarkation and/or disembarkation port is different to the yacht’s home port. Those fees are usually based on the fuel consumption required for the transfer.
Tipping is customary and left to the Charterer’s discretion. It usually ranges from 5 to 15% of the charter fee and is given to the Captain for further share with the crew.
TAXES & PAYMENT
Most of our charter yachts are registered for commercial use. The member state VAT rate applies on the charter fee as well as the delivery/re-delivery fees depending on port of embarkation. There are different types of contract offering advantages in term of tax and fuel, we will advise you on the best suitable option for you.
Upon the signature of the charter contract, a 50% deposit of the charter fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the charter contract (50% of charter fee, APA, delivery fee if applicable) is due a month prior to start of the charter period.
Some owners may require a security deposit in case any damage is being made to the yacht or her equipment during the charter.
